The Library is considered to be the heart of any educational institution. The Library of Kamadhenu University is also similar to its heart. The University Library is the centre of educational activities of the university and various facilities have been provided by the University for the development of this library. The University Library was established at Gandhinagar in the year 2015 which caters to the information and literature requirements of Post-Graduate students and teaching staff in the faculties of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Dairy, Fisheries and allied sciences. Presently the Library has a collection of Printed Books, Journals, Reports and Back-Volumes of Journals and also subscribes to Popular Magazines and Newspaper Dailies. The Library is automated using KOHA software. Based on these facilities, the library is equipped with services like books, journals, internet and e-books for the faculty and related professors, researchers and students of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Dairy Science and Technology and Fisheries of the University. As the teaching activity of Veterinary and Fisheries Science was shifted to Rajpur (Nava), Himmatnagar campus and resources were transferred to the Rajpur campus in the year 2019. At present, the library is working in Rajpur (Nava), Himmatnagar campus.
