The structure of the organization of Kamdhenu University consists of the Hon'ble Chancellorshri of Gujarat, Vice-Chancellor, Board of Management, Academic Council and other authorities viz., Veterinary and Animal Science Research Council, Veterinary and Animal Science Extension Education Council, Faculties and their Boards of Studies, Planning Board, Finance Committee etc.

Hon’ble Governorshri of Gujarat is the Chancellor of the University by virtue of his/her office, who being the head of the University remains present and preside over the Convocation of the University.
