He has developed one innovation for the instant detection of milk adulteration and Patent has been granted by Patent Office, Govt. of India. He has published more than 60 research papers and articles in national and intentional journals with four book chapters and three books. Guiding many Ph.D. as well as M.Tech students. Areas of research interest are nanotechnology, biosensors, micro/nano – encapsulation, efficient dairy effluent treatment, probiotic and prebiotic. At present working as a Dean of Dairy Science Faculty in Kamdhenu University and Principal of College of Dairy Science, Amreli.

Dr. Ajaykumar M. Raval has joined as a University Librarian in University Library, Kamdhenu University on 17th January 2020. He is Ph.D. in Library and Information Science subject. He has worked as a Librarian at B.K. Mercantile Bank Law College for 21 years and as a visiting faculty, he has also worked for more than 13 years at the Department of Library and Information Science, H.N.G. University, Patan. Dr. Raval was a recognized Ph.D. guide in H.N.G. University, Patan and 5 research scholars completed their Ph.D. research work and 1 research scholar pursuing his Ph.D. under his guidance.
