I’m passionate about animal’s welfare and my journey began from the day I joined Polytechnic in Animal Husbandry, Junagadh. The education and training I got from the institute gives wings to my dream. The faculty over here have played instrumental role in carving my destiny. Owing to skills I learned at the alma mater, I was able to qualify in GSSSB examination for Livestock Inspector. I really enjoyed the teacher-student relationship, the contents of the courses and the teaching framework offered.

When I took admission at Polytechnic in Animal Husbandry, I had two doubts in my mind. Whether my choice to join this diploma course was wise enough and the second, will I get the opportunity to learn from the same professors as the students in BVSc. & AH gets to learn. Thankfully, the qualified and specialists in their field taught us about their fields. During my study period, not only did I get to learn about the various subjects this course had to offer but the life lessons taught to us by our professors. I really appreciate the Frank and Modest behavior of my professors. The study environment at our college was always to give us the best knowledge and to inspire us in any way possible. One of the many reasons why Polytechnic in Animal Husbandry, Junagadh has been special to me is the faculty I had. Most of them that I knew continued to work harder than most students in the campus. And that, along with many preaching I had received from them has been a very important lesson in my life. We not only gained theoretical knowledge but also of practical which is more useful while working in the field condition and to face challenges in animal husbandry sector. Our Internship incharge took care of us through the training period and helped us whenever we needed help.
