About College

The College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry was established by Government of Gujarat on January 17, 1981 under erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU) and has a rich history of achievements and accomplishments. It becomes component of Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU), Sardarkrushinagar since 2004 on quadruplication of erstwhile GAU. Since, April, 2021 it is a constituent college of Kamdhenu University. It is located at Sardarkrushinagar which is 26 km away from Palanpur city.
