The college imparts education at Bachelor’s level, Master’s level and Doctorate level. B.V.Sc. & A.H. education is carried out as per the VCI norms of 2008 / 2016 and M.V.Sc. and PhD education follows ICAR 2010 rules. The college has got all the 17 departments and has adopted the course curriculum as recommended by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) for the veterinary colleges of India. Moreover, all the facilities including HRD for the college are being developed in conformity with the norms of VCI. For the initial two years, the college was having intake capacity of 30 students at undergraduate level. The degree program was initiated in year 2008 and first undergraduate batch of the college passed out in year 2013. Till date, total 325 students have earned their Bachelor’s degree from the college. The College offers M.V.Sc. and Doctoral programme in all the subjects of veterinary science and animal husbandry including Animal Biotechnology. The departments are well equipped with laboratory facilities and other specialized equipments. Laboratory facilities/teaching aids are continuously being improved to provide latest technology.

The College offers M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. programme in the 17 and 13 subjects of veterinary science and animal husbandry, respectively. The post- graduate teaching leading to M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in various disciplines was started since 2008. The departments are well equipped with laboratory facilities and other specialized equipments. Laboratory facilities/teaching aids are continuously being improved to provide latest technology. Registration Procedure | A candidate selected for admission shall become an enrolled student of the University only on he shall report at the college on the date fixed by the central admission committee in person which consists of the following steps:

A candidate selected for admission, shall report to the Principal of the concerned College on the date specified by the University for the purpose of First Registration. A candidate, registered in the first semester by payment of fee must complete the registration of course within a period of ten days from the date of his/her registration.
